i began my weight loss journey at 165 lbs and over the course of about 8 months this is my progress.
starting weight: 165
weight in pictures: 123
starting weight: 160
this is my current progress. in the first picture i am at my highest weight which was 160 and the second one is me at 120. i did this in 6 months exactly. :) i am so ecstatic! now to reach my goal weight of 104.
this is my progress for a little over 2 and a half months. I stated this diet on july 25th, 2011 and it’s now october. I’ve lost about 33 lbs so far and i plan on keeping this up until i’m about 110 :)
july 25 : 165 lbs
october 6 : 132.2 lbs
