So glad I stuck to my diet. It’s been little over a year since I began restricting and watching what I ate.
Start date: July 25, 2011
Current: October 6, 2012
I’ve been gaining weight back and it sucks. It makes me feel less confident and all that other jazz that comes with weight gain. I’ve gained about 10 lbs in the past month in a half and it just blows. Tomorrow, I’m going back to the basics.
9/24/12 Weight: 130
Goal Weight: 120 - 110

June 21st : 123 lbs.
This is the beginning. Trying to loose at least 10 lbs by September/August.
Starting this dieting thing again for the summer. It’ll be exactly one year in about a month and a half since I began my weight loss journey and let me tell you - it’s been amazing. My confidence has been boosted way up and it was probably the best thing I ever did. Now that it’s summer, I want to diet again. I’m about 125 now (which isn’t so bad) but am hoping to get down to 110 and actually maintain it by mid july ish. I will keep you guys update and post thinspos daily! Day 1 pictures coming tonight or tomorrow & healthy eating and cardio is in my future.
